Nature of Work

The RMS Wrestling Coach provides leadership and supervision for the team and works closely with the other staff and administration to promote an appreciation of physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship. 

Duties and Responsibilities

•Coordinate and supervise wrestling program and team.

•Design an effective training program.

•Ensure student athletes meet eligibility rules.

•See that district policies are observed during all activities.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

•Effectively communicate with all members of the school district and community.

•Effectively communicate will students and their family members.

•Requires prolonged sitting and standing.

•Requires some travel.

•Must effectively work in noisy and crowded environments.

Salary

Stipend-Assigned by coaching contract
